History: Grell is a Shinigami that works for the Dispatch Management Division as a Dispatch Officer. He is frequently disobeying the Shinigami law of neutrality and tends to get in trouble quite alot. His partners name is William T. Spears and he is currently training Ronald Knox, a newbie Shinigami who Grell despises. Grell met Ciel and Sebastian at one of the crime scenes of Jack the Ripper, who was actually Madame Red and him working together; he instantly starts hitting on Sebastian , saying that he wants to "...bear his children," and that their love story was like the famous play "Romeo and Juliet." Grell is extremely sadistic and loves the color red, he once stated "...I love using fresh blood to do make up for those ugly women..."
